Post History of 4Cs

I have emailed a few people asking for some history of the 4C's and I have received some very good information that was written by Maxine Van Hoy but it stops after 1996. While visiting some of the clubs websites I notice that some clubs have some history on their websites. If you have 4C's history, would you please post it here or email it to me? I would love to gather everyone's information in one place and make a record of it.
