We need a volunteer for Vice Chair by June 1^st so ballots may be distributed. (If you have held this position previously you may do it again).  Contact Gary Fields, Bruce Bittle, or Mary Furness.

Individual Club chairs need to request a digital image from their members receiving an AM or HM on their print (same format as eid) then club chair should send to Linda for posting on web as well as use for end of year recall. This should be done monthly.

Dues from member clubs to Columbia Council are due and payable by the 4C’s Convention”. This will start Sept. 2013.  Club’s “not in good standing” (dues paid up) are not eligible for competition within the council.

2013 Convention – Registration is open on the 4C website. $65 early member. Presenter Bio’s will be posted as they are received.

Would like assistance from all clubs acquiring silent auction and raffle items. Contact Lisa or Lori if you have items.

2014 Convention – We are looking for a club to host 2014, contact Lisa if interested.

Rep Meeting Date changed to July 13, 2013 Hood River Inn, Hood River OR. 

We meet quarterly, January, April, July and during the Convention (September or October) on Saturdays (with the exception of the Convention meeting) at a location chosen by the hosting club, we typically meet over lunch at 12:00 pm.

Individual Clubs                                                 $35.00

Dues are payable in September and must be paid no later than convention to be in good standing.  Paid member clubs are eligible to compete in the monthly, quarterly, and annual competitions.

Guests are welcome at all meetings and there is no guest fee to attend.

Competitions

Print and EID competitions are held each month from October through May.  Quarterly EID competitions are held quarterly.

Annual awards are announced and given during the convention.
